Refund Policy

We know things come up—here’s how we handle it:

• Deposits are non-refundable to reserve your date and begin preparations.

• Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Fees may apply depending on how close to the event the change is made.

• Cancellations: If canceled within 10 days of the event, the full balance is due. Earlier cancellations may receive credit toward a future event at our discretion.
